Albamar
The historic building located on Place XV keeps what is left of the old Municipal Market.
From this rounded hall you can see the Bay, the ships of the port, the station of the boats and the palace of the Fiscal Island.
The menu, prepared by Luiz Incao, former executive chef of the Copacabana Palace and one of the owners of Albamar.
Among the main dishes, the highlights are the mariscada with pesto sauce garnished with broccoli rice and the shrimp in the champagne sauce with green apple risotto and pinhole.
